General cleaning

Coming spring, every house should get a thorough general cleaning, including not only interior but exterior as well – especially parts of the house which are not included in the regular weekly cleaning sessions.

Windows cleaning

First look always points towards window glass, which tend to be covered by dirt mixed with raindrops and snow during the winter.
Window and all window parts cleaning should be done at least once a year during the transition from winter to spring/summer season. Twice a year is however recommended and you should not forget the interior or exterior blinds.
As far as exterior aluminum blinds are concerned, there are many methods, however cleaning by hand is preffered, because every part of the blind is thoroughly cleaned and raindrops bouncing of the blind do not make the window glass dirty again, after it is polished.

In modern architecture, glass surfaces tend to be at heights (french windows, glass ceillings, smaller vent windows) and these are usually not reachable from the ground. Cleaning works at heights is necessary, where large ladders or even climbers are a neccesity. These works are very easily influenced by bad weather, so please do allow more time for the cleaning.

Dust removal from inaccessible places

When the sun finally shines through a clean window, it often reveals dusty spots like under the furniture or elsewhere in the house. All these parts are included in the general cleaning.
Dust removal is a part of the regular cleaning, yet some spots often go unnoticed, for example air conditioning units, heaters and lamps – everything mentioned is covered as a part of the general cleaning.

Air conditioning cleaning and disinfection

Air conditioning should be cleansed before the summer season arrives, in order for it to work well and not be a threat to your health. Please make sure your air conditioning system is cleansed at least once a year to protect the health of your children and your family.

Bathroom and kitchen cleaning

Bathrooms and kitchen should undergo a general cleaning at least twice a year, in order to remove the water residues and dirt from the tiles, faucets or a gentle facelift of the tiles or sillicone.
In the bathroom, washing machine and vents tend to be forgotten and these should be attended because the dampness tend to cause problems in the long run.

Oven, fridge and other kitchen appliances need to be cleaned in order to preserve their functionality and reduce health risks. The kitchen needs to be cleaned not only from the outside, but twice a year also from the inside and all parts of it in order to remove crumbs and food residues and not allow a good spot for insects and bugs to feast on.

Do not forget your plants, they not only need to be watered but dust removal and other works are necessary in order to make them look good and add a nice touch to your home
