Nothing can work perfectly unless we know the basic facts. Therefore, an overall examination of the building and the user’s requirements is the starting point for our effective cooperation. As we identify the condition of the garden, building and technical devices, we gain the basis for our effective cooperation and the preparation of a technical report.

Know Your House Perfectly

The Passport, as we call the documentation, helps not only us.  It will undoubtedly be used by you, too. In the Passport, you will find all the information necessary for emergencies, interventions and reconstruction.
Along with the technical report, it will set you apart from the others, if you lease or sell your property. It will allow us to determine prices of the services which will be performed for you. Upon our long-term cooperation, it will be provided with a significant discount.

Complete Care, One Payment

When calculating the price, we are driven by your requirements. All of the regular services you want will be included in one fixed monthly payment. You will know exactly what you are entitled to and when we will perform our services. Set a permanent payment order and leave the rest to us. Services performed beyond the fixed framework, such as one-off carpet cleaning, will be invoiced separately. Our clients may pay for services beyond the fixed framework by using the repair fund, to which they may contribute when paying the fixed payments.
